Cooking with Strawberry Diet Lemon Cherry ice pops Ep 9

Lemon Cherry Ice Pops 1 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/8 cup Stevia 1/2 cup cherries (I used Frozen but fresh works) a blender or food processor  Popsicle mold  mix liquid and sweetener together  put cherries in the blender and start to chop them up on a low speed add the liquid to the cherries and put the lid on and puree till liquid chucks are yummy so I left them in mine. pour in to ice pop mold. I recomend pouring  a little in each then a little more in each till you have it all because the bittle settle to the bollom of the blender and this way you can have room in each pop to have some.  Makes 4 pops

Cooking With Strawberry, Peanut butter cookies both gluten free & diet friendly Ep.9

Peanut Butter Cookies  1 cup Peanut butter (or another nut butter) 1/2 cup Stevia 1 egg make small 2 inch balls place on pan  ~I line my pans with parchment~ Put into preheated over 350°  Cook for 10 min.  IMPORTANT: Let them cool completely  Makes about  1 Dozen  16 tbsp = 1 cup if you size your cookies to make 16 of them then you can make your serving size off that.  2 tbsp of Peanut butter tend to be one serving of Protein  what is left of the cookies
