Italian Seasoning Mix This is based on a copy cat Good Seasoning Salad Dressing mix with major changes because of salt. I believe in salt on the table and not in the pot most of the time,as such any time a salt herb mix was suggested i just use the herb, and i cut down the salt added too. I will give the recipe as if your making it as a salad dressing and also how i make bulk dry spice mix. 1 TBS granular garlic power 1 TBS granular onion powder 1 TBS white sugar can use Stevia 1 TBS dried parsley 2 TBS dried oregano 1 1/2 TBS salt 1 tsp ground white pepper 1 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp celery seed Mix all these ingredient together. Store in air tight container. To make italian dressing whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 olive oil, 2 TBS water and 2 TBS dry mix.
